Process:
We were understandably reluctant to build a house in this economy, especially after hearing horror stories from friends and acquaintances about all that can go wrong when building a custom home. Thankfully, our experience was just as Justin foretold - smooth, exciting, and rewarding! The bulk of the decisions were made at the start of the process and the final budget agreed upon. Justin ensured that the remaining decisions required during the actual build were handled well in front of the actual execution, ensuring we stayed on time and within budget. Justin also handled the few changes we requested midstream with aplomb and professionalism. I wish all the projects I managed at work went so smoothly!

Product:
We couldn't be happier with our new home! The final product, including a few surprise upgrades Justin threw in, far exceeded our expectations. Justin is also committed to us as lifelong customers, and has been quick to follow up with any concerns we've had since occupying our new home.
